Netflix está lotada de ótimas estreias de filmes e séries. Temos a viciante, visceral, apaixonante e com certeza, será muito premiada Hollywood a nova série de Ryan Murphy, Expresso do Amanhã, do mesmo diretor do filme Parasita, Nada Ortodoxa uma série maravilhosa, inspirada no livro Unorthodox: The Scandalous Rejection of My Hasidic Roots de Deborah Feldman, e a série deliciosamente sarcástica, White Gold estrelada por Ed Westwick.

Hollywood  é uma minissérie americana de drama estrelada por David Corenswet, Darren Criss, Laura Harrier, Joe Mantello, Dylan McDermott, Jake Picking, Jeremy Pope, Holland Taylor, Samara Weaving, Jim Parsons e Patti LuPone e grande elenco.

Série mostra um mundo nos anos 40, onde atores negros, homossexuais e asiáticos tivessem tido uma chance real na terra dos sonhos de Los Angeles. Trama mistura ficção e realidade, conta com personagens fictícios como o diretor Raymond Ainsley (Darren Criss), o roteirista Archie Coleman (Jeremy Pope) e a atriz  Camille Washington (Laura Harrier) a série também traz personagens que existiram e tiveram suas vidas distorcidas pelos padrões de Hollywood da época.

Particularmente, amo o jeito intenso das séries de Ryan Murphy e Hollywood possui personagens que encantam, com uma sensibilidade incrível e que cativam, fazendo você ficar viciado na série.

Série baseada no filme de ficção científica de Bong Joon-ho de 2013, Expresso do Amanhã(baseado no romance gráfico francês Le Transperceneige de 82) O programa foi originalmente desenvolvido por Josh Friedman (O Exterminador do Futuro: As Crônicas de Sarah Connor), com um piloto dirigido por Scott Derrickson, de Doutor Estranho,uma série que consegue prender sua atenção.

Assim como no filme e nos quadrinhos, a Terra ficou congelada depois de uma fracassada tentativa de frear o aquecimento global, e o resultado disso foi um trem que mantem alguns seres humanos e alguns animais vivos, e esse trem gigantesco vai circulando o que restou do mundo. E onde temos humanos, temos confusão. Não bastasse o pseudo fim de mundo, no trem existe um sistema de classes, com passageiros ricos que pagam enormes quantias em dinheiro por seus lugares na luxuosa primeira classe, seguidos por profissionais qualificados na segunda classe, trabalhadores de baixo nível na terceira classe e os fundistas que foram forçados a permanecerem na cauda, ​​onde passam por situações de miséria e violência extrema.

De acordo com um perfil publicado pelo New York Times, Feldman nasceu em uma seita judaica hassídica de língua iídiche fundada no Brooklyn por sobreviventes do Holocausto, após a Segunda Guerra Mundial. A comunidade estava fundamentada na crença de que o genocídio de Hitler foi o castigo de Deus pela assimilação dos judeus europeus. A fim de evitar novas tragédias, Feldman foi ensinada de que os judeus devem viver separados da sociedade e obedecer às regras religiosas mais conservadoras. According to a profile published by the New York Times, Feldman was born into a Yiddish-speaking Hasidic Jewish sect founded in Brooklyn by Holocaust survivors after World War II. The community was founded on the belief that Hitler's genocide was God's punishment for the assimilation of European Jews. In order to prevent further tragedies, Feldman was taught that Jews must live apart from society and obey the most conservative religious rules. This led Feldman to a very repressive childhood: at 17, she was married to a man she barely knew. She was 23 when she decided to take her son and run.

Nova série produzida pela BBC traz um grupo de vendedores sem escrúpulos que visam lucro acima de tudo e todos. Uma comédia inglesa cínica, sarcástica, sexy e com características de House of Cards e Mad Men.

Esse grupo de vendedores de janelas da UPVC em Corringham, tem como líder o jovem Vincent interpretado por Ed Westwick( Gossip Girl e Snatch) que vivia na década de 80, em Essex. 

White Gold  quebra a quarta parede com maestria, tornando o protagonista quase um gênio. Uma série para ver e rever muitas vezes, enquanto não temos a terceira temporada.
